Make up comes in all shapes, types and colors. There are make up for the eyes, lips, and face. Make up makes a wonderful temporary solution to imperfect skin, pimples, and dark undereye circles. It is truly a miracle worker that makes every woman pretty.

Take note that if make up is not applied properly, you can either look years above your age or look like a total wreck. Here are some tips on how to apply make up:

• Start with cleaning the face. Before applying any make up, clean the face with a mild cleanser and tone it afterwards. A clean palette makes a beautiful work of art.

• Moisturize. It replenishes lost moisture for the skin to look hydrated and soft. Remember that even an oily face type needs moisturizer. Just pick out the right moisturizer for you – dry, oily, or combination skin.

• Minimize and Blend. The less color you wear, flattering it would be. If you want to make your lips standout by wearing a bright colored lipstick, make sure that you wear minimal eyeshadow. Or in the other hand, if you want to wear a super glittery or dark eyeshadow, tone down your lips with a nude or light colored lipstick.
